These terms and conditions (as the same may be modified from time to time, the "Terms and Conditions") govern the use of the website located at "ibk-lawyers.com" and any electronic communications related to ibk-lawyers.com (collectively, the "Website", which expression, together with expressions such as "us" and "we", includes the proprietor of the Website or its assign and where applicable, Geodesic Sdn Bhd) and the purchase of any services or products from the Website (each a "Transaction").

Such material shall be prepared and submitted at the cost of the Advertising Clients and in the format agreed by us. We conduct no due diligence and shall not be responsible for the error, inaccuracy or illegality in the materials supplied by the Advertising Clients. We reserve the right to remove, suspend, block and reject any advertisement (including those placed by google Adsense, determined by us in our sole discretion (without having to assign any reason) as inappropriate, immoral and otherwise not compartible with our policy.
8. Find a Lawyer Service
Please note that the the use of the "Find a Lawyer" free service (whether through the request form or otherwise, the "Find a Lawyer Service") is subject to the condition that we will not be providing the service if such service is regulated in your country of resident e.g. if your matter falls within the "regulated claims management activities" activities" as regulated by the UK Ministry of Justice. By submitting a request using the request form, the requestor (for the purpose of this clause, the "Requestor") represents that such request will not result in us being subject to any regulation in the Requestor's country of resident or otherwise applicable to the Requestor and the Requestor agrees to indemnify us and our directors, employees and agents against any Loss arising out from such request. Based on the information provided by the Requestor, we will advise the Requestor whether there are lawyers and law firms (for the purpose of this clause, "Legal Service Providers") that fit the Requestor's requirements based on information such as location and practice area submitted to us by the Legal Service Providers (such arrangement, "Matching"). We do not verify or conduct any screening and make no representation whatsoever that the Legal Service Providers are suitable for the Requestor. The dealing between the Requestor and the Legal Service Providers shall be a matter between them and we shall not be liable to the Requestor or the Legal Service Providers for any Loss relating to the Matching or the Find a Lawyer Service. It is the responsibility of the Legal Service Provider to ensure that it complies with the rules and regulations of its governing body.9. Complaints

10. General
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in force. These Terms and Conditions may be assigned by us at any time. Headings in these Terms and Conditions are for convenience only and must not be given any legal import. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, and each of the parties submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
